Bassetlaw is a forward-thinking and community-focused local authority, dedicated to providing exceptional services to our residents. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting managers in a specific service area, helping to drive our people strategy and ensuring we have a motivated and engaged workforce.

The Role:
As a HR Business Partner, you will provide tailored HR support to managers within a designated service area, ensuring that people management practices align with both operational and strategic goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with leadership teams to solve people-related challenges, foster a positive workplace culture, and enhance employee performance.
