Job OverviewWe're on the lookout for a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Sheffield. In this role, you'll play a key part in building and maintaining strong client connections, ensuring excellent service delivery, and supporting our long-term growth through proactive communication and relationship management.Key Responsibilities:· Client Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, ensuring client inquiries and issues are addressed with the highest level of professionalism.· Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.· Account Management: Oversee the accounts of current clients, ensuring their needs are met, and opportunities for upselling and account growth are identified and pursued.· Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily tasks, contributing to the overall achievement of sales targets.· Customer Retention: Focus on customer engagement strategies and initiatives aimed at retaining existing clients.· Order Processing: Manage and process orders for current clients efficiently.· Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties as needed, including file management, scheduling, and documentation.· Team Coverage: Provide cover for staff absences due to sickness or annual leave to ensure uninterrupted service.· Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other duties as may be required by the board of directors.Requirements:· Experience in a similar role within customer service and/or account management· Excellent communication skills· Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously· Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAdditional Information:· Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
