Key Requirements: • Experience working with children with ASD, SEMH, and other special educational needs. • Patient, compassionate, and committed to fostering a supportive learning environment. • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: • Provide tailored support to children with diverse needs. • Assist in implementing Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs). • Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. • Collaborate with the teaching team to create engaging and accessible learning experiences.
