Facilities Manager
Sunderland (4 days/week) & Glasgow (1 day/week)
Full-time | Permanent | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Immediate start, 3 month contract with the possibility of a permanent contract

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and high-profile environment?

We are seeking a proactive and driven Facilities Manager to oversee operations across two key client sites in Sunderland and Glasgow. You'll lead a high-performing team and ensure the smooth delivery of hard and soft FM services, office relocations, and workplace strategy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing day-to-day FM operations including cleaning, catering, security, and maintenance
  • Leading office moves and relocations
  • Driving service excellence and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and contractor procedures
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering against SLAs/KPIs

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in hard and soft FM services within a corporate setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certification
  • Familiarity with CAFM systems
  • Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel weekly between sites
