As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to oversee our financial activities and support strategic business decisions across our bakery operations.
Job Purpose
The Financial Manager will oversee and manage all financial aspects of BEULAH-DEETEE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. This includes budgeting, forecasting, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and strategic planning. The role is crucial in ensuring the company’s financial stability and supporting informed decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the company’s financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts
Produce timely and accurate financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
Manage cash flow, including both daily operations and long-term planning
Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and HMRC reporting requirements
Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable
Conduct financial analysis to support cost control, investment planning, and business decisions
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions
Establish and enforce strong internal financial controls and processes
Present financial insights and recommendations to the senior management team
Support procurement and operations teams in monitoring and managing costs
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Master’s degree in International Business Management (required)
Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ICAEW (preferred)
3–5+ years of professional experience in financial management, ideally in a growth-focused organisation
Solid understanding of UK financial and tax regulations
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
High integrity and a proactive, problem-solving approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
