About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join our client's team in Birmingham. This role will provide essential administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with various teams to handle office processes, maintain accurate records, and assist with general office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Upload and process invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.
• Manage and organise paperwork for the plant, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide administrative support to multiple departments, including data entry and filing.
• Maintain and update internal systems and databases.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist with document preparation, reporting, and general office correspondence.
• Support the smooth running of the office with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
About You
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
• Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.
• Team player with a flexible approach to work.
