Crynodeb
The Non-Medical prescriber will form part of the prescribing team at Harbour as part of Livewell services. Their role will be to manage and coordinate a Prescribing caseload within the complex lives system. To be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, implementing and planning a prescribing intervention, ensuring both psychical, mental health, social needs are assessed alongside psycho-social intervention and, to provide expert advice and clinical support whilst promoting the effective and efficient delivery of high-quality service within the local community The role will involve supporting the service manager in the running ofservice. To manage and prioritise a defined caseload and delegate where appropriate.In the absence of the Clinical lead/ Head of service, has a responsibility to Co-ordinate the wider team.To participate in policy development through professional forums and implement in practice ensuring the clinical practice reflects national and local drivers.
