About the Role

Are you passionate about widening participation in adult learning and supporting communities?

Do you enjoy working collaboratively to build strong partnerships?

This is an exciting role to help ensure that potential learners across the County can access a high quality Adult Learning provision

You will:

  • Ensure potential learners are able to access Adult Learning provision easily and effectively
  • Identify and engage learners to the core adult learning programme
  • Plan, organise and co-ordinate stakeholder and community promotional events to engage harder to reach communities
  • Co-ordinate internal and external communications to both staff and learners
  • Support with internal and external commination's via the Website and other social media tools

An enhanced DBS check is required for this post.

About You

To apply for this post, you must:

  • have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • hold a GCSE qualification in English
  • have experience in website and social media tools
  • have experience of implementing marketing and promotional activities
  • have experience of researching and interpreting information
  • be able to present information to teams and wider audiences

You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.

In addition, we also expect you to share our commitment to our values and will ask you to evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the selection process.
