Job Description

Provide efficient and effective, customer focused support to Council Services, working on an individual basis or collaboratively as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and flexibility is required. This role would suit someone who is well organised and proactive, has the ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative. Using sound judgment and being able to follow strict guidelines and processes, ensuring accuracy in completing tasks is essential due to the statutory element of the role.

This role is hybrid working.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

Fixed Term for a period not exceeding: 31/03/2026
