We are seeking a dedicated and professional Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to the highest standards, providing excellent customer service while maintaining safety protocols. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
Clean windows of various sizes and types, including residential and commercial properties.
Utilise appropriate cleaning equipment and solutions to achieve streak-free results.
Safely operate ladders, lifts, and other equipment as necessary for high-rise cleaning tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure all tools are in good working order.
Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Requirements
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable, showcasing the ability to engage positively with customers.
Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
A valid driving licence is preferred for travelling between job locations.
Ability to work at heights safely and confidently.
Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
