ARC is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Facilities Management company that provides professional cleaning services to residential and commercial properties across the Cambridge area. With continued growth, they are looking to appoint a committed and detail-focused Window Cleaner to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

This is a full-time, site-based window cleaning position covering external and internal windows on commercial and residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Window cleaning (internal and external)
Use of appropriate cleaning solutions and tools (poles, squeegees, etc.)
Ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times
Reporting any maintenance issues or damage

Key Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Salary: £28,000 per annum
  
  What We’re Looking For:
  - Previous experience in a window cleaning role, ideally across multiple buildings
  - A reliable and professional attitude, with attention to detail and time management skills
  - Comfortable working at height and using window cleaning equipment
  - Ability to work independently and maintain consistent standards
    
    • Must have a UK drivers licence
