THE ROLE
• Responsible for the operational running of the bar, ensuring that staff are fulfilling their duties efficiently and
effectively
• Ensuring that venues open and close on time, provide supervision and assistance for till and cashing up
procedures, stock control and rotation throughout service (including stock transfers and waste)
• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring customer billing is accurate and completed in line with company procedures.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, health and safety.
• Training staff to the required standard
• Coach Team Members to deliver the best possible customer service and guest experience
CANDIDATES SHOULD
• Have previous bar supervisory experience
• Have knowledge/understanding of licensing objectives
• Be available to work on matchdays and events (weekends, evenings and bank holidays)
• Be professional, friendly and positive, with excellent customer service skills
• Be effective at managing time and working to deadlines
• Demonstrate good standards of personal presentation.
• Be an enthusiastic team player
• Be aged 18+ and be eligible to work in the UK
