Job Title: Assembly Operative
Location: South West Scotland
Salary: - 12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Assembly Operative to join our team in a busy production facility based in South West Scotland. This is a hands-on role that involves working with wood and using various power tools to assist in the manufacture of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Measuring and cutting materials accurately to specification
- Assembling components as part of the production process
- Ensuring products meet quality standards
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly Operative joinery, woodworking, or a manufacturing environment where power tools are used is essential
- Confidence in using power tools and reading measurements accurately
- A good eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Punctual, reliable, and hard-working
