Are you an experienced or aspiring SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? What You'll Need to Succeed
- Previous experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a school, nursery, or care setting.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting pupils with additional needs.
- A relevant qualification such as Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Health & Social Care, or equivalent.
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to apply for one through Hays.
