Your new company

The organisation is expanding its footprint with two new venues inEast London, and the People & Change Department is at the heart ofsupporting this growth through strategic learning and development initiatives.

Your new role
As the Talent and Skills Advisor (Health and Safety),you'll be responsible for developing and managing the annual Health and Safetytraining plan across multiple sites. Reporting to the Head of Talent andSkills, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensuresafe operational practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designingand implementing a multi-site H&S training plan
- Managingtraining records and completion tracking
- Advisingon best-fit H&S training solutions
- Updatingthe H&S training matrix
- Supportingtraining administration and reporting
- Evaluatingand improving training effectiveness

Note: This role does not involve delivering H&S trainingdirectly.

What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone with:
- Provenexperience as an H&S Training Advisor, ideally in construction or warehousesettings
- Strongproject management and training design skills
- Excellentcommunication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal abilities
- Aproactive, organised, and resilient approach
- Experienceusing MS Office 365 and internal systems for training administration
- Acommitment to continuous improvement and collaborative working

Desirable qualifications include a degree or equivalent inLearning and Development (e.g. Level 5 CIPD or ITOL) and experience managingH&S training in a museum or similar environment.
