Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group Plc, is seeking an experienced Regional Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to support our Venues and Rapport teams across the UK.

About the Role

As a Regional HSE Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and embedding a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across our venues and Rapport business. You\\'ll work closely with operational leaders, providing expert advice and hands-on support to enable teams to manage their HSE responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide competent HSE guidance and support to operational managers across all sectors

  • Communicate critical HSE messages and drive compliance across regional teams

  • Lead and support incident investigations and enforcement responses in collaboration with HR and Legal

  • Champion the implementation of corporate HSE programmes and initiatives

  • Conduct audits, inspections, and data analysis to ensure compliance with Compass policies and procedures

About You:
  • Proven experience in HSE management, ideally within food service or manufacturing

  • Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Allergen management is highly desirable

  • Holds (or is working toward) an IOSH qualification (NEBOSH is advantageous)

  • A natural leader—motivational, proactive, and results-driven

  • Highly organised with sound judgment and the ability to prioritise effectively

  • Honest, consistent, and respected by peers

  • Flexible, adaptable, and committed to regional travel across the UK
