The successful candidate will need to be a qualified officer that holds a Higher Certificate in Food Control (HCFC) or Advanced Professional Certificate in Food Hygiene and Standards Control (APC-Food).
The officer should have experience in inspecting a range of food business establishments for both hygiene and standards.
