Location: Sandy / Cambourne / St. Neots / Huntingdon
Salary: Up to £36,504 per annum (£18/hr) + Overtime (up to £27/hr)
Hours:, 39 hours/week | Permanent | Own transport required
A leading engineering company is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator with strong TIG and MIG welding skills to join their skilled team. This is a hands-on role working with stainless steel, including pipework and purging, in a clean, well-equipped workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- TIG and MIG welding of stainless steel (1mm-12mm)
- Fabrication from engineering drawings
- Pipework and purging to high standards
- Use of fabrication and sheet-metal machinery
Requirements
- Proven experience in TIG & MIG welding
- Skilled in stainless steel fabrication
- Experience with pipework and purging
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and safety
