Crynodeb
Please refer to the attached job description. The post holder will support the Surgical Division specialities in achieving departmental, national and Trust objectives to provide an efficient and effective surgical outpatient and theatre provision. They will be responsible for the day to day oversight of surgical clinics/theatres working closely with the Directorate Team, Consultants, Secretaries, Nursing team and Patient Booking Services/Access and Booking team, to ensure that patients are offered an appointment/theatre slot in a timely manner and in the correct clinic/theatre. They will work with the Clinical Director and Directorate Management on service demands and available capacity, implementing any changes required to maintain a fully compliant service. To provide regular reports on outpatient/theatre activity and tracking compliance to Trust clinicians, managers and CCG representatives.
