Role Overview:
As a General Operative at Bryans Salads, you will be involved in the processing and packing of fresh produce in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that products meet our high standards of quality and are ready for distribution. This is a physical and demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing and packing salads and other produce according to set standards
Ensuring all products are packed efficiently and accurately
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Assisting in other tasks as required within the processing and packing facility
Skills and Experience:
No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating basis
Working Hours:
This position involves 12-hour shifts on a flexible rota, ensuring a good work-life balance with rotating schedules.
