Are you a Change Management professional ready to lead transformative initiatives? Are you passionate about driving organisational success through effective change strategies? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We're looking for a Change Readiness Manager to join our Change and Service Improvement Department where you'll lead, support, motivate and guide a Team of Change Managers to make sure seamless implementation of change initiatives. You'll work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure a unified approach to change. You'll develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organisational goals, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

The Change and Service Improvement Department is a high performing, dynamic, and pro-active team of change expertise including programme and project delivery, change management, business analysts, service improvement specialists, dispute resolution professionals, and a supportive Programme Management Office (PMO).

You'll have experience of leading the people side of complex changes and it’d be beneficial if you’ve been part of the integration of two organisations systems and cultures, processes and ways of working, or led service improvement changes, ideally within the housing sector.

No two days will be the same in this role, so a can-do attitude, highly organised and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as you'll be delivering high-profile projects in large dynamic customer focused organisations.

You'll be working from one of our office either at Eastleigh (SO50 6AD), Yeovil (BA22 8WN), Bracknell (RG12 1RF), or London (W10 5BN) a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
