Based at Kent Wildlife Trust HQ at least one day per week with the option to work from home. Up to full-time hours available.
This role is offered on a temporary 6 months contract with the possibility of extension subject to funding.
Are you a self-motivated, highly organised problem-solver looking to apply your skills where they’ll make a real-world difference?
Do you want to be part of a fast-paced, mission-driven team shaping the future of nature recovery?
We’re looking for an outstanding Business Support Officer to join the Development Directorate at Kent Wildlife Trust – a strategic

coordination across the organisation.
This is an exciting, varied role offering a front-row seat to some of the most ambitious work happening in the UK’s nature and

What you’ll do:
* Provide critical administrative and organisational support to the Rebuilding Nature and Wilder Carbon secretariat teams –
including managing governance schedules, meeting logistics, preparing papers, and follow-ups.
* Act as Executive Assistant to the Director of Development, managing their calendar, communications, and helping keep everything
running smoothly.
* Support the Digital Development team and wider project coordination functions, helping drive innovation and deliver systems
that support effective working across the Trust.
* Contribute to continuous improvement – identifying inefficiencies, refining systems, and helping embed new ways of working.
