Crynodeb

At London Scandinavian School, we believe that teachers are the heart of everything we do. Guided by the Scandinavian idea of En God Barndom (The Good Childhood), we've created an environment where progressive educators can truly flourish and make a profound difference in young lives.

We're seeking exceptional teachers who share our conviction that there is a better way to educate children—who believe in childhood—and who honour each child's unique temperament, learning style, and developmental journey. If you believe in the power of small class sizes, project-based learning, and genuine individual attention, you'll find your home here.

Our teachers enjoy remarkable autonomy to design their classroom experiences, supported by our commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice drawn from Scandinavian educational excellence. We're looking for educators who see beyond traditional teaching methods to embrace play-based learning, outdoor education, and the profound understanding that when we appreciate what each individual child brings to the world, we create communities where everyone thrives.

LSS is an opportunity to be part of a movement that believes unique individuals make the best communities, where your role as an educator is to listen deeply, unlock hidden potential, and help every child discover that the world is waiting for their unique gifts. If you're ready to teach in a way that changes lives—starting with your own—we'd love to hear from you.
