Crynodeb
To provide all care to patients with gynaecology conditions and/or undergoing gynaecology procedures and surgeries without supervision and be able to demonstrate correct processes, supervise unqualified and junior staff whilst maintaining a safe working environment. Work with the ward sister/charge nurse and multidisciplinary team members in monitoring and maintaining policies, standards of nursing care and staff development, as part of the ward team.
