Crynodeb
We are recruiting on behalf of a high-end education consultancy in Central London. This role involves supporting international students and their families in navigating the UK private school system, providing guardianship services, and ensuring students’ academic and personal wellbeing.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact between parents, schools, and host families
Arrange guardianship services including accommodation, transport, and welfare support
Assist with school applications, visa paperwork, and other administrative tasks
Recruit and coordinate English tutors for GCSE/A-Level programs
Provide regular updates on student progress and wellbeing
Ensure compliance with safeguarding and guardianship regulations
Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
UK permanent residency or British citizenship
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
Passionate about education and student welfare
Preferred qualities:
Knowledge of the UK GCSE/A-Level curriculum
Experience in student services, guardianship, or school admissions
Experience in tutor recruitment or education operations
