You will be the first point of contact for customers accessing our compliance related services (Gas and Electric for example), providing first-time right solutions and resolving their queries alongside some admin related tasks.
With great opportunities to gain a full understanding of Alliance Homes and lead onto potential progression opportunities within the team and company, this a role not to miss.
About you:
You will be a strong administrator, with excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
You will have experience in customer service or with dealing with members of the public and be able to maintain a high level of customer service, whilst working well under pressure.
IT literacy skills, including Microsoft Office are needed for this role as you will be working with a range of in-house databases.
