This role is a unique opportunity to join and work with a team of talented academic and systems engineers, and to engage with a wide range of industry partners across various sectors, including aerospace, automotive, electronic manufacturing, and construction. The candidate will be involved in the field of manufacturing automation with a focus on engineering tools and methods, digital-twins and robotics, and applied AI.
The candidate should have extensive expertise and experience of industrial automation and manufacturing systems, software development environments, and lifecycle engineering tools and methods.
The candidate will be immersed in a multidisciplinary team of control, mechanical, electronic and software engineers, and should be able to seamlessly collaborate on the development of industry ready solutions.
