Roles and responsibilities
As a Deputy Team Leader you will be involved in:
Delivering and maintaining a professional standard of care and education with high expectations of all children and colleagues.
Inspire, motivate, and give direction to the team in order to provide the best possible care and education for the children in an environment which is inviting and challenging.
Sharing and role modelling professional knowledge and experience in line with current thinking around child development.
Supporting reflective practice, observations and planning in order to meet the individual needs of all children.
Meeting statutory requirements such as safeguarding, welfare, learning & development, SEND support and record keeping and supporting the team to maintain the same high standards.
