Initial 6-Month Contract
We are currently partnering with a dynamic organisation undergoing a commercial and procurement team restructure, and we're seeking an experienced Commercial PMO Lead to provide strategic and operational support during this pivotal transition.
Key Responsibilities:
As Commercial PMO Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and supporting the department's transformation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing structures and processes to manage the Director's Office effectively
- Supporting the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and implementing robust departmental reporting frameworks
- Providing wrap-around support to the Director, in close coordination with their PA
- Drafting reports, preparing presentations, and briefing materials
- Managing council business processes including papers and clearances
- Leading the intranet presence for the service
- Driving internal stakeholder engagement
- Implementing governance models and best practices
- Supporting business planning activities
✅ Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in PMO leadership within commercial or procurement environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in governance, reporting, and strategic planning
