Quality Compliance Technician
Location: TelfordContract: 2 x 6-Month Fixed Term Contracts / Full-TimeShift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am – 7pm (Days)Salary: £33,906 per annum
Are you passionate about quality and compliance in manufacturing? We’re looking for two Quality Compliance Technicians to join our team in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
As a Quality Compliance Technician, you’ll:
- Support and coach operational teams on quality and hygiene principles.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) to implement robust corrective actions.
- Promote hygienic working practices aligned with factory standards.
- Conduct audits and agree corrective actions with relevant teams.
- Follow up on non-compliances and ensure resolution.
- Champion health & safety to reduce risks and incidents.
- Update daily quality KPIs and communicate issues to operations.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Strong communication skills across all levels.
- Auditing experience and attention to detail.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT-based auditing tools.
- Working knowledge of HACCP principles.
