What Will You Be doing?

As a Trainee Policy Operations Technician, you’ll become a crucial part of the team, learning the ropes and keeping our insurance policy processes moving.

Following comprehensive training, you’ll provide admin and customer support for our insurance products, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This in-depth, engaging role will equip you with a host of knowledge and expertise surrounding our policies and company and will see you working in a collaborative way to deliver for us, our broker partners and our customers.

Specifically, you’ll learn to:

- Respond to enquiries from customers, brokers and third parties
- Process new business, renewals, adjustments, cancellations and queries
- Deliver exceptional service and support
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
- Contact brokers to validate policy details

What Will You Need?

To join us as a Trainee Policy Operations Technician, you’ll need:

- Experience of providing customer service
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence working in a telephone-based environment
- Ability to understand and use established systems and processes
- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage your own workload
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
- At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above in Maths and English
