SEN Teacher - KS3 | £160-£260 per day | September Start | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Join a dynamic and nurturing specialist provision dedicated to supporting autistic learners through personalised education and integrated therapeutic support. Following two successful terms, this role is expected to transition from temporary to permanent-ideal for those seeking long-term career development in specialist education.

The Role

We're seeking passionate, reflective teachers to lead small KS3 classes from September. Whether you're an experienced SEN practitioner or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into specialist education, this role offers the chance to thrive in a well-resourced and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, structured lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
- Set high expectations to inspire and challenge learners
- Monitor and report on pupil progress
- Adapt teaching to meet diverse needs and strengths
- Promote wellbeing and safeguard all pupils
- Build strong relationships with families and carers
- Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and leadership
- Engage in CPD and contribute to school improvement

What We're Looking For
- Qualified teacher meeting Teachers' Standards
- KS2/3 teaching experience (mainstream or SEN)
- Enthusiasm for SEN and a growth mindset
- Strong classroom management and a nurturing approach
- Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities over time
