The Role – Graduate Behaviour Mentor:
As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you’ll be supporting pupils aged 11–16 with a wide range of SEMH needs, including anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and challenging behaviour. Working both 1:1 and in small groups, you’ll help create a safe and supportive environment that encourages self-regulation, emotional development, and positive learning habits.
This Graduate Behaviour Mentor position is perfectly suited to Psychology graduates or those with experience in mentoring, coaching, care, or other youth-focused roles. The role requires a strong personality, emotional intelligence, and the confidence to calmly de-escalate situations and build trust with vulnerable students.

Ideal Candidate – Graduate Behaviour Mentor:
• Degree (2:1 or higher) in Psychology or related subject preferred
• Strong interpersonal and behaviour management skills
• Calm, confident, and able to handle challenging situations professionally
• Experience working with children or teenagers in any capacity is advantageous
• Must have UK work eligibility (unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available)
