Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons. You will:
• Provide 1:1 and small group academic support to students
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and engagement
• Adapt resources for pupils with SEND or lower prior attainment
• Build strong, positive relationships with staff and students
• Help track pupil progress and raise attainment

Who should apply?
We’re looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant who:
• Has a 2:1 degree or higher (any subject considered)
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Is enthusiastic, resilient, and passionate about helping young people succeed
• Is based in the UK and has the right to work full-time (no sponsorship available)
Previous experience as a tutor, mentor, or camp leader is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided.
