We’re looking for a passionate and Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team at Snapdragons Weston.

Your Role Will Include:
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and your team
• Promoting the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
• Supporting children's learning, development, and play through engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Acting as a Key Person—developing strong bonds with a small group of children and their families
• Understanding the individual needs and interests of all children and helping plan to support them
• Collaborating effectively with your team to create a nurturing and inspiring environment
• Being a positive role model and demonstrating high-quality early years practice
