Crynodeb
The Compliance Officer will provide administrative & contract management support for the Building & Customer Safety Team, ensuring
that our properties are safe and compliant with current legislation. Your role will include coordinating and supporting the
delivery of all aspects of property compliance service, including the servicing, inspection regime and remedial actions arising,
ensuring they are delivered on time and to the required regulatory standards.
You will support one of 4 Contracts Managers in the delivery of a high quality and robust compliance and responsive service
ensuring that the mhs Group meets (and where possible exceeds) our statutory obligations.
You will ensure all databases remain compliant and are up to date. You will take responsibility for raising repair orders,
identifying any potential impacts on customers, and ensure where required, that support is identified and provided for affected
customers.
The role will provide critical administrative and operational support to maintain and improve building safety standards, in line
with the strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
