Crynodeb

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Future4Me team as a Community Interventions Worker, supporting children aged 8-18 as they navigate their journey towards a positive and successful adulthood.

Due to recent changes in immigration law in the UK we are unable to offer skilled worker visa sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the requirements of RQF Level 6

In this rewarding role, you’ll work with children open to Future4Me on both a voluntary and statutory basis, delivering a range of high-quality, restorative interventions. These include:

One-to-one and group sessions
Reparation and unpaid work activities
Strength-based support to build personal and social skills
Helping young people access education, training, and employment opportunities
Your work will play a vital role in safeguarding, preventing first-time entry to the criminal justice system, and reducing reoffending—while also helping to bring resolution and restoration to victims and communities

Note: This is a part-time role working 18.5 hours per week. Salary will be pro rata based on the hours worked. While this is a county-wide position, the successful candidate will primarily focus on the East Lindsey area. At times travel to other parts of Lincolnshire will be required to support service delivery.

About you

We’re seeking someone who:

Builds trust and rapport quickly with children and young people
Has a calm, reassuring presence and a supportive approach
Understands the challenges young people face in today’s world
Is confident working with ages 8–18
Wants to contribute to service development and innovation
If you’re committed to helping young people thrive and want to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you

About us

It is important to us that you have an excellent work/ life balance and the opportunity to further develop you knowledge and skills in a supportive Local Authority setting where no two days are the same! We offer a comprehensive benefits package which offers valuable discounts, salary-sacrifice schemes and areas of professional support and development.
