What will I do?
You’ll manage all aspects of the spa from driving retail revenue, health & safety, ensure the guests receive top class service whether they are receiving a single treatment or on a spa weekend break. Managing a team, you will lead by example, working together alongside them as and when required and ensure the team are continually trained and delivering treatments to a very high standard.
Is this the role for me?
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty / spa qualification
Previous experience managing a Spa
Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus!
People management experience

Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa is located in Thame, just outside Oxford and within close proximity to the Cotswolds. Our hotel is a 4*, 154-bedroom property and has the Spires restaurant and bar & lounge area, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
