Female Brain Injury Support Worker / Care Assistant – Crewe Location: Crewe Pay: £15.45 – £17.51 per hour Job Type: Part-time, Permanent | Day and Night Shifts Available Join Our Compassionate 2:1 Complex Care Team We’re looking for a Female Support Worker to join a 2:1 team supporting a young, sociable woman living with a brain injury. This is a weekend-based role with both day and night shifts available. She enjoys nature, day trips, and staying active—ideal for someone who values engaging, community-based care. Shift Patterns 08:00 – 20:00 20:00 – 08:00 What You’ll Be Doing Personal care and mobility support Tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and oxygen therapy Monitoring and managing seizures Supporting daily routines and night-time care Promoting independence and social engagement What You’ll Need Experience with brain injuries or complex care Desirable: PEG feeding (pump or gravity), tracheostomy care, seizure support Compassionate, dependable, and person-centred Full UK Driving Licence – essential (client location dependent) What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: £15.45 – £17.51 Paid enhanced DBS Specialist clinical training (PEG, tracheostomy, seizure care) Additional flexible shifts Blue Light Card for national discounts A values-led, supportive team focused on your development About Us At Libertatem Healthcare Group, we provide personalised care for people with long-term and complex conditions.
