Summary
Independence Support Ltd (ISL) operate a supported living service in Crewe (CW1), offering intensive support to individuals with complex mental health issues. Alongside the supported Living, we also offer a Crisis Café Service for short term inventions to individuals who are unable to manage their mental health independently and may require signposting.
We are looking for flexible staff to join our team in providing outcome focused support, enabling people to live as independently as possible.
The hours available include both days and nights, worked over a 7 day rota. These shifts range from 8-8 day and night, 10am-6pm, 10am-10pm.
We are looking for committed and person centred individuals to enable the people we support to be as independent as possible and maximise opportunities.
You will be supporting individuals with:
Medication
Emotional support
Community access
Daily tasks
Tenancy management
Full induction training will be provided however some experience of working in a similar setting is desirable as the circumstances of the people being supported will be complex.
All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
