Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm
A welcoming primary school in the Bromford area is looking for a nurturing and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join their on-site SEND Hub, supporting a small group of pupils with additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a focused and well-resourced environment, offering tailored support to help children thrive.
The role is ideal for someone who has experience with Read Write Inc. phonics and enjoys supporting children with a range of learning differences in a structured setting.
The Role:
- Supporting a small group of pupils within the school's dedicated SEND Hub
- Delivering targeted interventions and phonics activities (RWI experience preferred)
- Creating a calm and positive learning environment
- Working closely with the SENCO and class teachers
- Encouraging communication, confidence, and independence
We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting primary-aged SEND pupils
- Confidence delivering structured interventions and routines
- Familiarity with Read Write Inc. phonics (desirable)
- A patient, flexible and positive attitude
