The Opportunity

The Operations Coordinator role is a 1-year fixed term contract for maternity cover in Ardra Rd, London N9 0BD

This is the perfect role if you want the opportunity to:

What you will do:
• Review and process sales orders daily
• Delivery Scheduling using Live Tracking Software
• Schedule crews in advance and assist with project planning for large jobs
• Book on resources and update Job sheets with Client details and Routes
• Organising Courier Deliveries and Collections
• Order materials and submit workshop requests
• Create and update purchase orders after delivery dates are confirmed
• Handle refunds
• Review failed deliveries, rebook, and coordinate with customers
• Provide general administrative support
• Manage permits and RAMS requests
• Workshop stock and Material control and cost management
• Send payment links via the ecommerce website to customers for Payment
• Receive and review all completed Job Sheets and Delivery notes and update data on Statii software
• Sharing the inbound customer calls and dealing with their enquiries
• Monitoring Office Resale Inbox
• Track and report client carbon savings from furniture reuse after project completion
• Sustainability – Work with The Giving Back Project to donate Office Resale Stock furniture

Skill and Experience
Essential:
• Customer service and administrative experience
• Experience in project coordinating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Great organisational skills
• Data entry, reporting, and system maintenance
• Fast-paced work environment experience
• Effective communicator across all organisational levels
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
• Commercially aware and a critical thinker

Desirable:
• Familiarity with logistics and operations software (e.g. Moveman, Statii, Concur)
