Crynodeb
A diverse and friendly nursery in Wimbledon is now looking for a caring and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join the dedicated team of staff, to start as soon as possible.
A Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification is essential and previous experience in a nursery setting is preferred for this Early Years Practitioner position.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
• Assist children with their early reading and literacy and early maths skills development
• Provide a language rich and supportive environment
• Have good knowledge of early childhood development
• Lead and encourage interactive play and learning sessions, following the EYFS curriculum
• Support personal, social and emotional development
• Encourage child led activities that are stimulating for their imagination and creativity
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and support the nursery management team
This is a permanent full time Early Years Practitioner position to work 40 hours a week (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm) in an outstanding Wimbledon nursery where every member of staff is supported and valued, as shown through the bonuses paid throughout the year and regular pay rises.
