The school is seeking to appoint a Pastoral Support Assistant (Lower School), working across Years 7 to 13. The role would involve supporting pupils with regard to behaviour and welfare and helping them achieve their full potential.
We are looking for an outstanding individual who is passionate about supporting students in order to help them overcome their barriers to learning. Working in collaboration with teachers and Heads of Year, you will help maximise the achievement, progress, conduct and character development of students in Years 7 to 13.
The role will be based within our pastoral team and will suit a dynamic and perceptive individual who is organised, has a flexible approach to changes during the working day, is a team player, and is keen to support our students and help them achieve their full potential.
This is a fixed term position working 37 hours per week (8.00am - 4.00pm Monday - Thursday and 8.00am - 3.30pm on a Friday), term time only and offers an actual salary of £19,781 - £20,091 per annum (£23,656 - £24,027 full-time equivalent) based on experience based on experience.
