1 To assist in the production of daily, weekly and monthly management information to enable Biffa to meet its contractual requirements to track performance and identify areas for improvement

3 To assist in the production of monthly management information for the Client including details of new initiatives that may be trialled within the local community.
To collaborate with the department manager to identify and resolve quality and performance issues
4 To collate and analyse recycling and residual tonnage data
5 To maintain a record of stock usage together with a forecast of future requirements that will form the basis of new purchase orders for stock items.
6 To maintain a register of faults identified on vehicle CCTV systems.

8 To administer the process for addressing and resolving recycling/ residual/ street cleansing enquiries/complaints from the public. Ensuring that the specified SLA time limits are met.
To assist the Social Value team by volunteering and engaging with the community
9 To provide regular updates to management on performance metrics (KPI’s)
10 To carry out any other adhoc duties as required.
