Your Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs)

  • Work alongside class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventions

  • Support behaviour management and create a safe, encouraging space for all learners

  • Help students engage with lessons and boost their confidence daily

  • Adapt learning materials to suit individual abilities and progress

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience working with children with SEN (school or care background welcome)

  • Calm, empathetic, and proactive mindset

  • Team player with excellent communication skills

  • A passion for inclusive education and children's development

  • Qualifications in SEN or education (desirable but not essential)
