Your Role:As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs)

Work alongside class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventions
-
Support behaviour management and create a safe, encouraging space for all learners
-
Help students engage with lessons and boost their confidence daily
-
Adapt learning materials to suit individual abilities and progress
-
Prior experience working with children with SEN (school or care background welcome)

Calm, empathetic, and proactive mindset
-
Team player with excellent communication skills
-
A passion for inclusive education and children's development
-
Qualifications in SEN or education (desirable but not essential)
