To record MDT meeting patient outcomes and clinician attendances To arrange meetings, invite members, prepare MDT patient lists To collate relevant patient diagnostic results To liaise with relevant consultants and medical secretaries To circulate and distribute MDT outcome documents post meeting To keep accurate records with accurate reflection of the discussions To produce high quality documentation in a timely manner to enable stakeholders to make progress. To assist in the recording and evidencing of any quality improvement and action plans as and when required by the executive team. Attend the meetings Working with the Radiologists to maintain an updated rota Review and update the MDT process and procedures To provide assurance and compliance reports
