Job Title: Group Warranty Manager
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break
Location: Shrewsbury, SY4 4RR

Part of the Dunstall Holdings Groups, Rea Valley Tractors (RVT) was established over 40 years ago and is a leading regional agricultural machinery dealer. We supply an extensive range of agricultural machinery throughout Shropshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, mid and North Wales, Cheshire and Lancashire and also sell high-quality used equipment across the UK and abroad. We have seven depots in Shrewsbury, Cubley, Welshpool, Middlewich, Ormskirk, Denbigh and Knighton.
About the Role
Working in a friendly fast-paced environment with the Group aftersales team to ensure that the warranty team meet RVT & manufactures warranty obligations. Whilst maintaining the profitability of the service department.
Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis the Group Warranty Account Manager will, (this list is not exhaustive):
Management of the Warranty Team Personnel
Meet the set manufacturers & RVT Group warranty targets.
Warranty Claim entry & management on various Dealer Systems. Including: New Holland, JCB, Ibcos Gold.
Use of IT Systems (Incl. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc)
Challenge Manufacturers Rejections & Under Payments.
Ensuring the return of required faulty components to the manufacturer in the required time frame.
Oversee data management and reporting of all warranty aspects.
Candidate Requirements
Knowledge of Agricultural Industry would be an advantage but not essential.
The candidate will be fully trained
Ability to communicate positively at all levels
Great attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and work well as part of a team.
Ability to multitask.
