We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Support Workers to join our team. As a Domiciliary Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
Helping with mobility and transferring, as required.
Medication support, including administering medication and recording dosages.
Preparing and serving meals and assisting if necessary.
Supporting with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
Monitoring and recording health and well-being, and reporting any changes to the relevant healthcare professionals.
Providing social support companionship to clients.
Requirements:
A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
Previous experience in care work or a relevant qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
A flexible approach to work, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as required.
A full driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
